Green Protein Smoothie

I just put this together and I loved it! I’ve been having this for breakfast 3 mornings in a row. This smoothie is packed with  essential fats, protein & fiber and it’s quick and simple to make


  • 1/2 a large  or 1 whole medium size avocado
  • 1 peeled banana
  • 2 scoops of Usana Soya Max Protein powder
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 scoop of Usana’s FIbergy


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender/nutribullet
  2. add 150ml-200ml of water
  3. Blend all ingredients together until you have a smooth pureed consistency
  4. add honey if you need to
