Sweet Deliciousness In a Bowl

If you like starting your days off with a smoothie but get bored of the same shake over and over again, or you’re doing a ALL DAY liquid day, try to add extra flavours into your shake by putting a few more ingredients.


  •  Banana x 1
  • Fig x 1
  • Chia Seeds x 1 Table Spoon
  • BROOKFARM macadamia muesli mix (contains crispy buck wheat, dried currants, raisins, rice bran, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and extra other goodies) x 1 Tablespoon
  • Goji Berries x 1 Table Spoon
  • 1 Sachet of Vanilla Nutrimeal (15g of Protein)
  • Fibergy x 1 table spoon
  • 200mL filtered water
  • 2 pitted Dates
  • Cashew nuts x half cup
  • Almonds x half cup


  1. Chop banana in half
  2. slice half a banana and set aside
  3. Blend in half the remaining banana, vanilla nutrimeal satchet, fibergy, cashew nuts, almonds, dates and water
  4. make sure the consistency is thick because the bananas and fig that you will be placing on top is quite heavy so you need a thick protein. If you want to make it thicker, add in more nuts or dates (if you add more dates, it gets sweeter)
  5. put the liquid blend in a bowl
  6. top with all your toppings according to the photo
  7. enjoy 🙂
  8. if you are having this in summer, instead of putting water, you can add ice or even have frozen bananas instead
