Health Tip- Lemon water Ice Cubes

My partner and I are taking food prepping, healthy eating and exercise seriously this year especially with the wedding coming up so soon! So anything to make things a lot SIMPLER is welcomed 🙂

As you all know, I’m a big fan of starting the day off with Lemon Water but it can become a tedious process for some of you to freshly squeeze your lemon every single morning and may take up a lot of your time, so,  how about doing the next best thing?

Pick a day of the week and when you’re meal prepping and cooking why not add a few more steps which would cut down MINUTES off your morning.

  1. Simply Squeeze your fresh lemons and add the juice & pulp into little ice cube trays.
  2. Put it in the freezer to set.
  3. Every morning just take out an ice cube or 2 and add it to warm water.
